Refund policy

I. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Maison Soire are considered final sale. Due to the intimate, personal-care nature of our silk products — including but not limited to sleep masks, bonnets, scarves, pillowcases, robes, and sleepwear — we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

This policy exists to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and quality assurance for every customer who receives a Maison Soire product.

II. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind, color preference, or sizing dissatisfaction
  • Buyer's remorse or order regret
  • Products that have been opened, worn, washed, or used in any capacity
  • Items purchased during promotional events, sales, or with discount codes
  • Gift purchases made on behalf of a third party

We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, color references, and material details carefully before completing their purchase.

III. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or visible damage sustained during transit, you may submit a claim by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear, unedited photographs of the defect or damage
  • A photograph of the packaging as received

Claims submitted without adequate photographic evidence, or submitted beyond the 24-hour window, will be automatically denied without review. Maison Soire reserves the sole and absolute discretion to evaluate all claims and determine whether any remedy is warranted. Submission of a claim does not entitle the Customer to a replacement, refund, store credit, or any other form of compensation. Any remedy offered — if any — shall be determined entirely at the discretion of Maison Soire and shall be considered final.

Normal variations in natural silk — including subtle differences in sheen, texture, and color between production batches — are inherent characteristics of genuine mulberry silk and do not constitute a defect.

IV. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment pipeline immediately. We do not accept cancellation requests. This applies regardless of how recently the order was placed. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

V. Shipping & Delivery

Maison Soire is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once a package has been dispatched. Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout are approximations and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe a package was lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Maison Soire will not issue replacements, refunds, or credits for packages marked as delivered.

Customers who have purchased Shipping Protection at checkout may be eligible for coverage under the terms of that program, which is administered by a third-party provider and subject to their own claims process and terms of service.

VI. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Maison Soire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. No re-shipments, refunds, or credits will be issued for orders lost or returned due to customer-provided address errors.

VII. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in an attempt to circumvent this policy constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. Maison Soire will contest all chargebacks with full order documentation and reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including but not limited to recovery of the disputed amount, administrative fees, and permanent account suspension.

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns in good faith within the boundaries of this policy.

VIII. Promotional & Bundled Orders

Orders placed using discount codes, promotional pricing, bundle offers, or any other special incentive are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances, including claims of defect or damage. Promotional orders are eligible for replacement only at the sole discretion of Maison Soire.

IX. Modifications to This Policy

Maison Soire reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase shall govern your transaction. Continued use of our website following any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By placing an order with Maison Soire, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund & Return Policy in its entirety.
